| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: TECNOCAM&PC es una empresa de tecnología donde se comercializa todo tipo de accesorios para computador, productos de tecnología y seguridad tecnológica, esta empresa esta ubicada en la Ciudad de Melgar Tolima, siendo esta una sociedad de tres personas la cual se orientara para que se organice legalmente y así la empresa se constituya como una S.A.S. El propósito de este proyecto empresarial es hacer una investigación para ver qué tan factible es crear una sucursal de la empresa de suministros de tecnología de seguridad TECNOCAM&CP, en la ciudad de Girardot y así suplir la poca oferta que ofrecen las empresas de seguridad tecnológica que habitan en la región. Por medio de este proyecto hemos encontrado que Girardot como otras ciudades del país se encuentran azotados con la criminalidad y son vulnerables a todo este tipo de modalidad de robo, según la investigación que realizamos, según el estudio de mercados que se realizó y la encuesta que se aplicó se observó que el mercado potencial que tenemos y el nicho al que vamos dirigidos ha aceptado la entrada de una empresa experta en la instalación y mantenimiento de cámaras de seguridad y alarmas, lo cual nos da luz verde para entrar con gran fuerza a éste mercado montando una sucursal de Tecnocam&cp en la ciudad de Girardot. El mercado al cual estamos incursionando se ha definido como un micro empresas y empresas pequeñas de la Ciudad de Girardot, las cuales han dicho que si necesitan adquirir un sistema de CCTV y mejorar la seguridad de sus establecimientos , también se observó que los clientes a los que hemos llegado se han sentido muy bien y hemos logrado hacer un buen proceso de postventa .
