dc.description.abstractRESUMEN: El powerlifting paralímpico es una disciplina deportiva donde se ponen a prueba la fuerza máxima (FM) en el tren superior y la concentración mental para superar la carga establecida. Objeto: Evaluar la incidencia de un programa de entrenamiento de fuerza máxima de seis semanas, en el powerlifting en un limitado físico. Metodología: Investigación de tipo pre experimental-cuantitativa. Deportista de 28 años de edad, varón amputado unilateral derecho A4, perteneciente a la Liga de deportes en silla de ruedas de Boyacá, condición socioeconómica deficiente, firmó el consentimiento informado. Realizó un programa de entrenamiento de seis microciclos, tres sesiones semanales y dos horas sesión. Resultados: Los datos pretest y postest de FM, según 1 RM fueron 102,5 y 105,5 Kg, respectivamente y según la ecuación de Bryzcki fueron 99 y 101,1 kg, respectivamente. Conclusiones: El programa de entrenamiento incrementó la FM en 2,5 Kg equivalente a un 3,38% según 1 RM y de 2,11% según la ecuación de Bryzcki. ABSTRACT Paralympic powerlifting is a sport where tests the maximum force (FM) in the upper body and mental concentration to overcome the set load. Purpose: To evaluate the incidence of a program of maximal strength training six weeks in the powerlifting in a physical limited.
