| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: Esta investigación se centra en la recopilación de los fundamentos teóricos existentes
respecto a los procesos de entrenamiento de la técnica del patinaje de velocidad en el
mundo en los últimos 10 años. Tiene como objetivo identificar fundamentos sobre la
técnica del patinaje de velocidad en el mundo que se hayan generado en los últimos 10
años. Este estudio aborda los procesos de entrenamiento de la técnica del patinaje de
velocidad, dado que se ha identificado falta de documentación respecto a la técnica y las
enseñanzas mismas de la disciplina deportiva.
En este propósito se definió realizar una investigación de tipo documental, la cual parte de
un proceso de indagación en diversas fuentes de información. Se verificaron diversas
investigaciones realizadas sobre el tema, con lo que se logró profundizar en las teorías ya
emitidas sobre la técnica del patinaje de velocidad y complementarlas con aportes nuevos.
Con lo que se concluye que este deporte depende en mayor cantidad de los fundamentos
técnicos que el deportista tiene para obtener una eficiencia y eficacia en sus
desplazamientos; además este trabajo podrá brindar herramientas teóricas que puedan
servir a docentes, entrenadores e interesados en la materia para poder profundizar algún
tema que deseen estudiar. ABSTRACT: This research focuses on the compilation of the existing theoretical foundations regarding
the training processes of the speed skating technique in the world in the last 10 years. Its
objective is to identify foundations on the speed skating technique in the world that have
been generated in the last 10 years. This study deals with the training processes of the
speed skating technique, given that a lack of documentation regarding the technique and
the teachings of the sports discipline itself has been identified. In this purpose it was
defined to carry out a documentary type of investigation, which starts from a process of
investigation in diverse sources of information. Various research studies on the subject
were verified, with which it was possible to deepen the theories already issued on the
speed skating technique and complement them with new contributions. With which it is
concluded that this sport depends in greater quantity on the technical foundations that the
athlete has to obtain an efficiency and efficiency in their displacements; In addition, this
