| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: El crecimiento demográfico sin control en el Municipio, ha traído consigo construcciones de asentamientos humanos cada vez más cercanos al ecosistema, es por esto que el humedal de Neuta ha generado un aumento significativo de problemas antrópicos. Según la Corporación Autónoma Regional CAR (2017), afirma que han sido más frecuentes los problemas de incendios, arrojo de desechos y otras actividades humanas que perjudican al humedal en más de un 60% antes de ser urbanizado por conjuntos de vivienda hoy cercanos a este ecosistema. El DANE en su último estudio estadístico considera que son 522.442 habitantes en el municipio de Soacha, estas cifras se contrarrestan con la información brindada por el Alcalde del municipio Eleázar González, el cual afirma en el informe de crecimiento poblacional, que en los últimos tres años más de 300.000 construcciones de viviendas han sido registradas por el departamento de planeación del municipio y la superpoblación de más 50.000 víctimas del conflicto aumentan el riesgo de desempleo y drogadicción en el sector. Se analizaron los factores de riesgo junto a un equipo de trabajo calificado para establecer los procedimientos que permitieron transformar el riesgo y sus problemáticas en oportunidades naturales sostenibles. Inmerso en este proceso se valoró el riesgo con herramientas técnicas a fin de obtener una determinación de cuáles son las acciones preventivas y prospectivas a favor de reducir el riesgo y preservar el humedal. Como conclusión del estudio realizado se define que la interacción de los procedimientos implementados, permitió una relación estructurada entre el municipio y el humedal, transformando, controlando y sustituyendo riesgos en su mismo beneficio, lo que genera un mayor aprovechamiento y conservación de los recursos naturales en el ecosistema y mejora de cultura ciudadana.
